Become a Phase Two Program Host
National Scrollathon is a nationwide collaborative art program created with communities across all 50 states, Washington, D.C., and five U.S. territories.
Phase One brought together nearly 10,000 participants and culminated in a campus-wide exhibition at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C., in celebration of America’s 250th anniversary.
We are now beginning conversations for Phase Two and inviting museums, schools, universities, civic and cultural institutions, sports organizations, and community partners to explore bringing Scrollathon to their communities.
Program Hosts connect us with the people and stories that represent their communities. They typically help organize multiple Scrollathon sessions, provide an accessible gathering space, recruit participants and community partners, and collaborate with our team on planning, outreach, funding, and the possible presentation of the completed artwork.
Our team provides the artistic direction, project framework, materials guidance, communications resources, documentation process, and support needed to develop a successful local program.
